Steven Ooi is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 26 years in project management, construction, and architecture. He began his career as a Trainee Architect in Melbourne before assuming senior roles at prestigious firms such as OHM Architect and NRY Architect in Malaysia. Steven's career trajectory led him to AP Land Berhad, where he served as Senior Project Manager and later as Regional General Manager, overseeing overseas projects in Japan, China, and Malaysia. Subsequently, he held the position of General Manager (Development) at Binastra Group, where he successfully managed the completion and delivery of more than RM1 billion ringgit worth of residential and commercial properties. Steven's strengths lie in his meticulous attention to detail, profound architectural insight, extensive project management experience, and ability to navigate complex feasibility studies and project viability assessments. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Planning & Design from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and is a member of the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM) and the Malaysia Institute of Architects (PAM).
